teen charged £510 for illegally downloading one song

Today i learned about a 14 year old boy David Hay from coat bridge was charged £510 after been caught illegally downloading one song from the Internet he was caught from spies that had electronically tagged the song (party anthem Jumping around the world) by a German band called scooter.

Today i looked at Acceptable use policy when you sign up to a website is asks if you agree to the use policy before you can register.

I signed up for my space today and the acceptable use policy came up and i clicked i agree.
